| Soak and pressure cook chick peas...in a kadia heat oil fry onions till done,add ginger-garli...fry for a minute...now add choppes tomatos and cook until it starts to leave oil....now grind the cokkes mixture with lil bit of water....now heat lil bit oil in the same pan, thinly slice green chillis lenth wise..and fry them,now add grind mixture along with chick peas and let it cook for 10 min...till the gravy tikens..garnish with coriender....serve hot with chapathi..along side with onions and lime... |
