sorakaya vada

Easy to prepare and very tasty
 

Ingredients:

1 Sorakaya
3 cups rice flour
1/2 cup onions
green chillies(according to taste)
curry leaves
cumin seeds(1 tsp)
salt
oil (for deep fry)
1 plastic cover
 

Process:

First grate the sorakaya and keep aside.mix all other ingredients in the rice flour,mix the grated sorakaya also in the flour.no need to add the water, because the grated sorakaya itself watery.now take a small ball size and put it on one plastic cover and put one hole at middle and keep in the oil for deep frying.
