A healthy and tasty snack coz soya is good suppliment of protein. Ingredients:

1 pack meal maker[soaked in hot salt water and wahed and cleaned and squeezed to remove excess water];2cups corn flour;6 green chillies;2 inch ginger piece;cumin seeds-1 tbsp;1 big bunch of cilantro or kothimir.
 

Process:

blend green chillies and ginger coarsely.Wash and chop cilantro. Now sieve corn flour and add ground chilli ginger paste,salt,cilantro and by slowly add water. . make a batter.Now add mealmaker in batches and drop in hot oil and fry till golden brown. take on paper napkins and serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce. you can make manchurian with these pakodis or add to make tasty pulav or cut and fry onions and curry leaves and add pakodis and garam masala to make a curry;also you can make kofta curry with these pakodis.soaked and prepared mealmaker can be stored in fridge for a week.
