Ingredients:

Small desi variety mango fruits-6;Jaggery-1tbsp;Juice of 1lemon-sized ball of tamarind;Salt to taste; 4 green chillies; 1 bunch of kothimir; 2twigs of curry leaves;oil for seasoning;tempering ingredients.
 

Process:

Wash and remove stems for mangos.Slit green chillies. Wash and chop kothimir and wash and keep curry leaves aside.In a bowl mix jaggery and tamafid juice. Filter and keep aside. Now heat oil in a pressure cooker and fry mangos for a minute add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.Now add jaggery tamarind juice;salt green chillies and close the lid and let cook upto 2 whistles.Open the cooker and adjust seasoning. You can add 1tsp chilli powder to give out red colour. Temper with aavaalu minapa pappu jeera broken red chillies apinch of hing karipatta and kothimir. to get a beautiful hue add half spoon haldi to seasoning.
