Masala Puri

Ingredients:

1. Wheat flour - 3 cups
2. Besan Flour = 1 cup
3. Ginger & Garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
4. Jeera podwer - 2 pinches
5. Dhaniya powder - 2 pinches
6. Red Chilli powder - 2 tbsp
7. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
8. Garam Masala - 1/2 tbsp
9. Turmeric - i pinch
10. salt - 1 tbsp(as per taste)
11. Coriander leaves - 15 leaves
12. Pudina(mint) - 5 leaves
13. Curry leaves - 5
14 oil to fry
 

Process:

Intially make a powder of jeera, dhaniya, corainder leaves , pudina leaves put together in a mixi.

1. Now mix the wheat flour, besan flour , and all the above ingredients with water and make a dough as we make for normal puris

2. Now make small round equal portions/balls of the above made dough

3. Now press the balls using puri presser or make the puri using belan stick

4. now heat the oil and fry the puris as normal puris

To make Mango Puree
-------------------

1. 5-6 mangoes riped (rasalu)
2. Squeeze them into a bowl
3. Now churn the puree in a mixi for 2 mins so that there are no lumps
4. Add sugar if required for sweetness

Now serve the puris with the mango puree

These puris can be served with raitha too.
